Stelo is built to be private by default. This page explains what that means.

1. No account

You don't need an account to use Stelo. We don't ask for your name, email or payment details to watch.

2. What stays on your device

Your country, settings, favourites and where you stopped watching are stored on your own device.

3. Channel reports

When you report a channel, Stelo sends the channel, the reason and the app version. It does not send your name, email or anything that identifies you.

4. The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we keep your email only to send you the download link and launch news. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

5. Streams

When you play a channel, your device connects to the broadcaster's stream directly. That broadcaster's own privacy policy applies to that connection.

6. We don't sell data

We don't sell or share personal data for advertising.

7. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
